I began my career as a Software Architect and over the years, grew through various Project Management, Programme Management, and Delivery leadership roles. It was not always a straight path. Like many professionals, I faced my share of challenges, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty along the way. But every struggle taught me something invaluable and eventually shaped me into the leader and mentor I am today. That journey to the top leadership positions was hard-earned, and it gave me a deep understanding of what professionals truly go through in their professional life.

I founded ProAscend Academy in 2021 with one clear mission — to help professionals get the recognition, the position, job security, and the pay package they truly deserve. I also believe that every professional has a leader within, waiting to be discovered with the right guidance. All our programs are crafted with this true intention.

I hold PMP, PgMP, and RMP certifications from PMI — the world's leading project management organisation. With 20+ years of PM leadership experience, I have personally mentored 1,500+ professionals from organisations including TCS, Infosys, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Oracle, and Bosch.
